Return & Exchange Policy

Online Orders:

• Order inspection and return are only available in the presence of the courier.
• Partial order returns are not allowed upon delivery.
• Exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Returns are not allowed after receiving the order and once the courier leaves.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with the invoice and packaging bag.

يوجد معاينة واسترجاع الأوردر في وجود المندوب فقط.
• لا يوجد تجزئة للأوردر عند الاستلام.
• يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الأوردر.
• لا يوجد استرجاع بعد استلام الأوردر ومغادرة المندوب.
• يجب أن تكون المنتجات بنفس حالتها الأصلية مع الفواتير والبوليصة
